With a two-decade track record of working with franchises, Founder Rafael Silva brings extensive knowledge and experience to the table. Having long embraced a healthy lifestyle and healthy eating habits, his passion for wellness is deeply ingrained and bleeds into every decision he makes.

Co-founder Janine Karsten is a nutritionist with more than 10 years of experience in the field and a lifetime of passion for wellness.  Janine takes pride in managing the operational side of the business, including creating the handcrafted, high-quality, nutrient-dense menu that we’re known for.
